ArbSIM

How it works

From checkout to connected in four steps.

No store visits, no plastic, no configuration maze. If you can scan a QR code, you can do this — here's the whole journey in detail.

  1. 01

    Choose your destination & plan

  2. 02

    Receive your QR instantly

  3. 03

Install & configure (2 minutes, at home)

  4. 04

    Land and go online

Two moments, that's all

Before you fly

Install & configure (2 minutes, at home)

Buy and install at home on Wi-Fi. Takes two minutes. Nothing activates yet — the clock hasn't started.

When you land

Land and go online

Switch the eSIM on for mobile data. It joins a local network by itself and validity starts now.

  1. 1

    Choose your destination & plan

Search your country or region, compare data sizes, pay by card or wallet.

    • Prices include tax — what you see is what your card is charged (in EUR).
    • Unsure about size? When in doubt take the bigger plan — €/GB drops fast.
    • Guest checkout with just an email; no account needed.
  2. 2

    Receive your QR instantly

Seconds after payment the QR code appears on screen and lands in your inbox.

    • The order page is your permanent home for the QR, codes and install guide.
    • Nothing ships, nothing to pick up — the eSIM is pure software.
    • Lost the email? Sign in with the same address and every order is in your account.
  3. 3

Install & configure (2 minutes, at home)

Scan the QR in your phone settings on Wi-Fi, before the trip.

    • iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Use QR Code (or 'Install directly' on iOS 17.4+).
    • Android: Settings → SIMs → Add eSIM → scan, or paste the code manually.
    • The critical setting: Data Roaming ON for the travel eSIM — that's how local data works abroad.
    • Keep your home SIM active for calls/SMS; label the new line 'Travel'.

    The step people miss

Data Roaming must be ON for the travel eSIM. It sounds wrong — but for the eSIM, local data abroad counts as roaming. Leave it off and you'll have no internet.

  4. 4

    Land and go online

Select the eSIM for mobile data on arrival — it finds a local network by itself.

    • Validity starts NOW — at first network connection, never at purchase.
    • No signal? Toggle Airplane Mode once; check roaming is on for the eSIM.
    • Hotspot to your laptop or family freely — tethering is allowed on all plans.

What you need

  • An eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked phone (dial *#06# — an EID means yes)
  • A card, Apple Pay or Google Pay
  • Two minutes on Wi-Fi to install

That's the whole system.
